Sophie Sapp Moore is a broadly trained political ecologist with a background in critical geography, comparative literature, and postcolonial theory, and a Mellon postdoctoral fellow in the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison who will be joining Rice’s Diluvial Houston project in January 2021.
